Our Mission
In one of the most vibrant cities in the world, too many New Yorkers experience the city from the sidelines — watching life pass by outside their window without meaningful connection to the community around them. Loneliness and isolation have quietly become an epidemic, even in neighborhoods filled with energy, culture, and opportunity.
Chelsea Love Collective was created to change that.
Our mission is to make it easier for neighbors to meet, build friendships, and participate in the life of their neighborhood. Through social neighborhood gatherings, park stewardship, and partnerships with local businesses, Chelsea Love Collective creates welcoming opportunities for residents to connect with one another and experience the best of Chelsea together.
By turning everyday neighborhood spaces into places of connection, Chelsea Love Collective seeks to ensure that more people feel supported, included, and part of the community they call home.
Chelsea Love Collective is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, dedicated to fighting the loneliness epidemic on a neighborhood level.
